She recently graduated from Central Saint Martins college of Art and Design with upper second class honours in Textile Design. Even though she specialises in weave, she likes to knit, do print, and dabble with html/css. She has designed and sold print designs while interning at Mirjam Rouden in 2011, and was commissioned to revamp the UCL Singapore Society website in 2010. She was also involved in displaying an installation of batik-painted fabrics at the Esplanade cultural center as part of Singapore's 41st National Day celebration while studying at Temasek Junior College. She recently exhibited at the Everything Conference attended by more than 1200 people, and will be exhibiting at Pop-up Singapore House, a joint project by creative SINergy and RSP Planet Design studios.
As a designer, she enjoys capturing beauty in the mundane and everyday. Her work is often personal to her, drawn from her experiences and inspired by architecture, book quotes, films, photography, and music. Her guilty pleasures are food and shoes.(see here)
